Tijuana Mission Trip – Day 3: Worship, Witnessing & World-Class Tacos!

¡Hola from Tijuana! Today was an unforgettable day filled with worship, service, and some seriously delicious tacos!

We had the incredible opportunity to visit five different churches across Rosarito, where we experienced the beauty of worshiping in Spanish. There’s something truly special about praising the same God in different tongues—proof that His love knows no borders!

Our team greeted new friends, performed Bible skits for the kids, and got creative with face painting and balloon animals.

One of the most powerful moments of the day? Seeing our students share their testimonies in church. They stood up with courage, speaking truth and encouragement into the lives of those listening. It was a beautiful reminder that no matter where we are, our stories can bring hope and healing.

After a morning of ministry, it was time for tacos in Rosarito—because mission work and Mexican food are a heavenly combination!  With full stomachs and happy hearts, we explored the vibrant Rosarito market, taking in the colors, culture, and maybe even a few souvenirs.

Tonight was deeply moving as we witnessed the Passion play, bringing to life the sacrifice and love of Jesus in a way that touched every heart. In response, our students gathered at the foot of the cross for a powerful time of reflection, surrender, and renewal. It was a moment of transformation, as many laid down burdens and stepped into deeper faith.

God is moving in Tijuana, and we’re so grateful to be part of it. Keep us in your prayers as we continue this journey—there’s more to come!
